Return and Refund policy
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from GOMENTO Store, can be returned to GOMENTO.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To begin your return process, please email us at sameer@gomento.com to obtain your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before sending the item back. Any item received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the courier service you choose is reliable. If the shipment is lost in transit, no refund will be issued, and we will not be held liable. Returns will only be processed once the item has arrived at our warehouse and successfully passed inspection, which typically takes 3–5 working days
Before shipping your Product(s) back to GOMENTO. This RMA is generated through the GOMENTO Website at www.gomento.com by following these steps: -
- Go to www.gomento.com and click at ‘Contact Us’
- Key in your order number and other return related details in comment box, any submission without order number will not be entertained.
- Fill in the necessary information and click ‘submit’
- You will receive an email from us within 24 hours. The personnel will verify some information prior to giving you the RMA.
- Once you have got your RMA, you must ship out the Product(s) within ten (10) days from the date of the RMA. Otherwise, the RMA will expire, and you will need to re-generate a new RMA in order to return.
